Differences between Fact & Fiction[]
- Was not the husband of Lady Zhurong. Zhurong was made up by Luo Guanzhong
- Did not have a brother named Meng You. Meng You was made up by Luo Guanzhong.
- Did not have a daughter named Hua Man. Hua Man was made up by Koei.
- Pretty much all of his officers were fictional.
- Unlike what some suggest, Meng Huo was in fact a historical character.
- Meng Huo was not Sha Moke's successor as king of Nanman.
